How does it work?

1. Free Initial Consultation

Get started by scheduling a free initial consultation with our Personal Trainer. During this session, we’ll discuss your goals, preferences, and any specific dietary requirements or restrictions you may have. Consultations can take place face to face or over the phone.

2. Personalised Plan

Based on the information gathered during your consultation, we’ll create a customised diet plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. This plan will outline your daily meals, portion sizes, and any other recommendations to help you achieve your objectives.

3. Follow ups & Adjustments

As you progress on your journey, we’ll schedule follow-up sessions to monitor your progress, address any challenges you may be facing, and make adjustments to your plan as needed. Our goal is to ensure that you stay on track and continue to see results.

4. On-going Support

Throughout your journey, you’ll have access to your Personal Trainer who is dedicated to helping you succeed. Whether you need advice on meal planning, recipe ideas, or just a pep talk, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Important Information

 

Sunday Martial Arts Class

 

Sunday's Martial Arts Class Session (10:00 - 12:00) is taken a temporary detour from Sunday 3rd March 2024 until further notice.

This is due to the gym being used for filming / completing the Instructor's Hatton Boxing Course, as part of developing the instructor's skills further.

Other class sessions during the week (incl. Saturday) remain as normal. Please see class time table below.
