Hi and thanks for taking the time to check out our website Zen Combat Fitness. We are friendly, open minded & easy going; regardless of politics, religion, race, gender and age. Whether you are in your teens or later on in life, everyone is welcome. If you are new to martial arts just pop along and join in a class. It is safe and fun, just leave your ego at the door and hopefully you might be inspired.
